Sheena Halili Celebrates Birthday with Month-Long Charity Work

As part of her month-long birthday celebration, StarStruck alumna Sheena Halili brought joy to the neglected, abandoned, and homeless senior citizens at GRACES (Golden Reception and Action Center for the Elderly and other Special Cases) in Quezon City on Wednesday, January 22.

With the help of GMA Artist Center, Sheena Halili was glad that giving back to the elderly yesterday, January 22, became a part of her month-long charity work as she celebrates her 27th birthday.

The Kapuso actress is very close to her grandparents that’s why the inclusion of GRACES for her celebration makes her birthday wishes fulfilled.

But prior to her actual birthday last January 16 which she spent with her lolo and lola, Sheena kicked-off the month-long charity work by holding an event for the orphans at White Cross Home in San Juan last January 14.

Two days after her actual birthday, Sheena experienced a heartwarming gift-giving to the kids of Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay City. Together with her Pink Women on Fire groupmates, the Kapuso actress was touched hearing the life testimony of the #DWS kids via a fun and meaningful program that they organized.

After White GRACES in Quezon City, White Cross Home in San Juan, and Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay, Sheena revealed that her next project would be to reach out to the Aetas in Floridablanca, Pampanga. She was born in San Fernando, Pampanga, so spending charity work at her home province is a perfect way to cap her birthday celebration.

Here are some photos from the birthday charity event at GRACES in Quezon City which was held yesterday, September 22.
