The screening of the 8 official entries in the 39th Metro Manila Film Festival officially began earlier today, December 25, in theaters nationwide.
According to MMFF Official on Twitter, the Vic Sotto-starrer “My Little Bossings” is early front-runner followed by the Vice Ganda-starrer “Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy” at no. 2.

Running at no. 3 is the horror movie starring Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla–“Pagpag: Siyam na Buhay”–the lone horror flick this year.
Completing the Top 4 is Eugene Domingo’s “Kimmy Dora: Ang Kiyemeng Prequel.”
The box office grosses and the 5th to 8th rankings were not revealed.
However, Eric John Salut posted an unofficial box office gross of “My Little Bossings.” According to the Kapamilya publicist, the Vic-Kris production raked more than P26 million as of 4:00pm today.
