Dennis Trillo leaves no room for sugarcoating. When asked who among his ex-girlfriends can he offer the song "One More Try" to, he says no one. "Wala. Wala akong gustong balikan sa kanila," the young actor said which took the members of the press and online writers present at the launch of the TomDen album a bit surprised.

“Hindi na eh. Wala ng balikan. Masaya ako ngayon sa mga nangyayari sa akin. Mas masaya pag single ka, mas ramdam mo na mahal ka ng mga tao,” Dennis added. “One More Try” is the theme song of the top-rating GMA 7 drama series “My Husband’s Lover” which he and Tom Rodriguez starred and is originally performed by Kuh Ledesma. Dennis records it in a duet with Rodriguez for their new album tagged TomDen.

Tom Rodriguez, meanwhile, echoed what his love team said. “Wala din eh. Nothing someone in particular to offer this song to. Masaya ang career ko ngayon so dun na muna ang focus,” the former Pinoy Big Brother housemate shared.

During their album’s launch in Centerstage, Timog, the two young actors also shared how the series made them understand gay relationships. Dennis said he is not homophobic before but he does not understood the concept of same sex relationships before portraying as a homosexual in the soap. “Pantay lang naman pala. It’s just the same love experiences, may you be gay or not,” Tom narrated.
