With the influx of DC Superheroes that’s been adapted to TV and the big screen, Wonder Woman has been left behind by co-Justice League members Superman and Batman. The last time that a Wonder Woman TV series hit the boobtube was in 1979 and she was played by Lynda Carter. A supposed-remake started rolling in 2011 but it was shelved. Superman and Batman, on the other hand, graced the big screen numerous times in the last decade and they will even star together in the upcoming Warner Bros. movie with the working title “Superman vs Batman” (or vice versa).
However, there’s a rumor making rounds online saying that Wonder Woman is making an appearance in the Zack Snyder film.
According to report by MTV:
Without providing a firm confirmation or denial, Warner Bros. President of creative development and worldwide production Greg Silverman hinted at the studio’s vision for a cinematic version of the Amazonian princess (as well as other heroes of the DCU).
