Willie Revillame Gets Emotional in Wowowillie’s Final Episode

Controversial host Willie Revillame turned emotional on Saturday, October 12, during the final episode of his noontime show on TV5, "Wowowillie."

The teary-eyed host recalled the evolution of his variety shows from “Willing Willie,” “Wiltime Bigtime” and “Wowowillie” which he described as “shows na nagbibigay saya sa sambayanan.”

Before the show goes off air, Revillame appealed to the TV5 management for time extension: “Medyo mag-o-overtime. Nakikiusap lang ako, for the last chance, huling araw na ho namin. Huwag niyo muna kami putulin, para naman po ‘yung samabayanan, makita nila ‘yung pinagsamahan nating programa.”
