Broadcast journalist Julius Babao reveals the modus operandi of swindlers this holiday season, which is a prime time for break-ins and theft.

In “Bistado” this Monday (October 14), Julius exposes belt vendors who swindle buyers in Divisoria, Manila.

At first, the vendors are offering the product at the very affordable price of P35. But after putting holes into the belt and when the customer is about to pay, the vendors will insist that the price of it is P135. The customer, on the other hand, will be forced to pay since the vendor has been acting mad.
