Four of the country's most popular comedians--Herbert Bautista, Dennis Padilla, Andrew E. and Ogie Alcasid--are all set for their ultimate barkada reunion via Heaven's Best Entertainment's much anticipated comedy movie, "Raketeros" which will hit cinemas nationwide this Wednesday (August 7).

The ‘ultimate throwback’ barkada film is the film directorial debut of veteran singer-host and TV director Randy Santiago.

Distributed by Star Cinema, “Raketeros” is set to bring back on the big screen the hit comic tricks and riots of classic Filipino comedy that will truly captivate the hearts of young and young-at-heart moviegoers.

“Kami ring magkakaibigan ang nag-conceptualize ng story nitong ‘Raketeros. Masayang kuwento siya ng magkakabarkada na may iba-ibang raket sa buhay,” said Herbert, who spearheaded the reunion movie project. “Ang role ko dito ay cable guy. Tapos si Andrew, ‘alagad ng diyos;’ si Ogie, singer sa mga funeral; at si Dennis naman, ginagamit na raket ang galing niya sa bilyar.”

From a simple favor of their rich ‘kumpare’ (played by Joey Marquez) who asked them to deliver an expensive gown that will be used by their god daughter, a series of hilarious mishaps suddenly puts them and their task in jeopardy.
