The Film Development Council of the Philippines, in cooperation with SM Cinema, the largest cinema exhibitor chain in the country, brings you the Sineng Pambansa National Film Festival 2013. With an All-Masters Edition and exclusive screenings at SM Cinemas nationwide this September, the Sineng Pambansa National Film Festival 2013 unveils the latest master works from Tikoy Aguiluz, Mel Chionglo, Maryo J. Delos Reyes, Peque Gallaga and Lore Reyes, Joel Lamangan, Elwood Perez, Gil M. Portes, Jose Javier Reyes, Chito Roño, Romy Suzara.
