Resorts World Manila, via its Facebook page, has released the first-look photo of Karylle as Cinderella in the local production of Rodgers and Hammerstein musical based on the beloved fairy tale.

Karylle is known across Southeast Asia for her role Maddie Avilon in the hit Pan-Asian TV musical series “The Kitchen Musical.” Soon she will hit the theater stage to play the titular role in the Resorts World Manila production “Cinderella.”

The Kapamilya singer will be reunited with Asiansation and now Kapuso star Christian Bautista who will play the role of Prince Charming in the said production. The two have worked together in the various musicals like “West Side Story,” the TV series “The Kitchen Musical”, and last year’s staging of “Rama Hari.”
