For bagging four best actress awards for her performance in the MMFF entry "One More Try," Angel Locsin is definitely the most awarded movie actress this year.

Angel Locsin already bagged 4 acting honors for her performance in the 2012 MMFF movie “One More Try.” She got the nod from PMPC Star Awards for Movies, Box-Office Entertainment Awards, FAMAS Awards and recently, the Luna Awards of the Film Academy of the Philippines.

Angel posted the following message on her Instagram account after she won her latest trophy, the “Luna”:

From the bottom of my heart, Thank you so much FAP LUNA Awards! To be recognized by your peers & to be included in the company of talented actresses nominated this year means so much to me.. Thank you very much for this enormous honor! Again, I wanna thank my One More Try, ABS-CBN, & Star Cinema Family for making quality movies & for giving jobs to actors like me.. Tita Malou Santos, Inang Olivia Lamasan, Thank you so much for changing my life. I owe my movie career to you! And of course I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for my director in OMT, Direk Ruel Bayani, who is a master at his craft . Thank you for making us look good in the movie. And I am sharing this award to my cast mates, it’s been a huge honor & lesson being able to work with talented fellow actors like Dingdong, Angelica, Zanjoe, Ate Carmina, Ms. Gina Pareño, Miguel. To my team: Manay Ethel, ate jd, ate lynette, randy, marko, goy, michelle, fpj, thank you for always helping me with my work & couldn’t have done it without you guys.. Angel should have been running for her fifth best actress trophy if only Gawad Urian did not snub her in their list of Best Actress nominees this year.
