American Idol Season 11 runner up Jessica Sanchez will be playing the role of Frida Romero, the lead of a rival high school, in hit musical TV series "Glee."

Jessica herself announced on her official Twitter account @JessicaESanchez that she’s “getting ready” for Glee.

According to a Glee fansite, Frida Romero is the lead vocalist of glee club Hoosierdaddies from Indianapolis, which will be up against New Directions in the show’s regionals competition.

Sanchez will make a brief appearance on season 4 episode 20 titled “Lights Out” airing April 25 and will appear on the season finale (season 4 episode 22) titled “All or Nothing” airing May 9.

The Fil-Am Idol will be singing “Clarity” by DJ Zedd and “Wings” by Little Mix for the shows’s season finale.
