1 Group, 1 Duo and 1 solo act were eliminated on Saturday's (March 16) episode of "Kanta Pilipinas."

It was another group challenge for the remaining 11 finalists of “Kanta Pilipinas” last night with guest mentor and judge, the Inspirational Diva Jamie Rivera.

They were divided into 3 groups.

Group 1 is composed of Carlo and Nicole, Pia, Ricky, and Jennifer. They performed “Halik” and “Sinta” by rock band Aegis.

Group 2 comprised of Allan, 5az1, Chadleen, and Timmy. They sang “Ikaw Na Nga” and “I Love You” by Willie Revillame.

Group 3 is a collaboration of Daniel and JB, Thara, and Ferns. The performed “Hari ng Tondo” and “Sirena” by Gloc 9.

After the deliberation of the judges, the bottom 4 were chosen:

Allan Gonzales
Sagip Song: “Just the Way You Are” by Bruno Mars

Daniel and JB
Sagip Song: “Minahal Kita Agad” by Janno Gibbs

Ferns Tosco
Sagip Song: “Dito Pa Rin Ako” (her original composition)

Only 1 of the bottom four made it to the next round and she’s none other than the Boracay-based singer/songwriter Ferns Tosco.
