Mars plays a lonely balladeer who sits in front of a piano on the music video for “When I Was Your Man” which was released on February 5. The vibe of the video is somewhat retro as Mars donned a 70s look with a pair of sunglasses.

The song peaked at no. 22 of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
