Kapamilya tween mermaid Ella Cruz reveals that her top-rating fantaserye “Aryana” is the biggest gift that she has received this year.

“I will never forget how ‘Aryana’ changed my life. It is the highlight of my 2012,” said Ella. “I’m very thankful to ABS-CBN for everything that happened to my life and my career this year.”

Because of her busy schedule, Ella shared that instead of buying expensive gadgets as her special reward for herself, she would rather have the simple joy of spending time with her family this Christmas. “All I want this Christmas is time to bond with my family. It may be simple, but it would really make me very happy.”

Meanwhile, unlike Ella’s good life and career this year, tension continues to arise in the magical ‘tail’ of her character Aryana now that people have discovered the existence of mermaids.
