Francisco Escobar Parra of Colombia bested 47 other contestants to win the 7th Mister World title during the pageant's final held at the Kent County Showground in Kent, England, on November 24, 2012 (November 25 in Manila).

The Philippines’ very own, Andrew Wolff, bagged the 1st Runner Up prize while Ireland’s Leo Delaney placed 2nd Runner Up.

The winners of the five Fast Track Events earned an automatic slot in the Top 10. One of them is PH’s Andrew Wolff, who was expected to win the Mister World Sports but was awarded the Mister World Multimedia Award instead.
