Judy Ann Santos Joins Vic Sotto and Bong Revilla in ‘Si Agimat, Si Enteng and Me’

Judy Ann Santos teams up with Bossing Vic Sotto and Sen. Bong Revilla in the upcoming MMFF movie "Si Agimat, Si Enteng and Me" (also known as "Si Agimat, Si Enteng at Ako").

It can be remembered that during last year’s Metro Manila Film Festival, Judy Ann’s movie “My Househusband” vied against Sotto’s “Enteng ng Ina Mo” and Revilla’s “Ang Panday 2.” Her film placed 4th, Revilla’s was 3rd and Sotto’s collaboration with Star Cinema co-starring him with Ai Ai delas Alas emerged as the top-grosser and the only MMFF entry to surpass the P200-million mark.

This year, in the 38th edition of the Metro Manila Film Festival, the three superstars–Judy Ann Santos, Sen. Bong Revilla and Vic Sotto–join forces in one mammoth project titled “Si Agimat, Si Enteng and Me” (“Me” being Judy Ann).

The film is a joint production by five movie outfits: Octoarts Films, M-zet Productions, Imus Productions, APT Entertainment and GMA Films and is a crossover of “Agimat” and “Enteng Kabisote” film franchise which were proven MMFF box office drawers in the past.

Meanwhile, Judy Ann is also set to maintain her title “Queen of Teleserye” as she is prepping up for her new primetime series on ABS-CBN titled “Against All Odds” after she completes filming her MMFF movie.

According to a report by ABS-CBN, Judy Ann will be joined in the series by a powerhouse cast that includes Sam Milby, KC Concepcion, John Estrada, Mylene Dizon, Jessy Mendiola, Joseph Marco, Bryan Termulo, Mr. Tirso Cruz III, and Ms. Coney Reyes. There are rumors that Jericho Rosales will also join the cast.

The project, which is supposed to air later this year, is now being considered to be released on the first quarter of 2013.
