While the Catholic Mass Media Awards and FAMAS Awards are happening on Tuesday night, the hash tag #DawnZuluetaMostBeautifulPinayfor2012 became one of the Top 10 Trending Topics on Twitter Philippines. It peaked at no. 2 around 8:53pm.

The term pertains to the announcement here in Starmometer on the same day that phenomenal actress Dawn Zulueta topped the site’s annual poll of “100 Most Beautiful Women” in the country.

The “Walang Hanggan” star has garnered 129,863 votes from netizens via an online poll using social media platforms Facebook and Twitter which lasted for 37 days. Zulueta bested heavy favorites like Angel Locsin (#2), Marian Rivera (#3), Anne Curtis (#4), Sarah Geronimo (#5) and Kim Chiu (#6).
