One Direction Admits 2nd Album ‘Take Me Home’ is Harder than ‘Up All Night’

British boyband One Direction have recently completed "Take Me Home" and band member Niall Horan claims it has a "harder" sound to debut, 'Up All Night'.

Horan told The Sun newspaper: “It’s a million miles away from our old album.

“It’s a bit more of a live-sounding album. The drums are a bit harder.

“When you make a second album, I think the thing to do is outdo your first one and personally I think we’ve done that. It’s way better.”

The album will be preceded by a single, ‘Live While We’re Young’, which is set for release next month.

The group – which also includes Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik – were formed into a group by the judging panel on UK TV show ‘The X Factor’ after all entering the show as individual singers. Since competing on the show in 2010, they have enjoyed number one records around the world, and are reported to have made £100 million.
