The Anatomy of a Chicken on ‘Curiosity Got the Chef’

On this week’s episode of “Curiosity Got the Chef” titled “Anatomy of a Chicken”, Chef Sharwin will explore the possibilities of coming up with creative and innovative dishes using the world’s famous poultry.

He will prepare three known dishes but will make it extra special using unique combinations. First, he will prepare “Chicken Tinola Aspic Terrine” but instead of having the usual hot broth, a cold thick soup with fiber husks will accompany the chicken. He will also make mouths water through his own version of Buffalo wings, the “Guava-glazed Hot Wings” and the “Chicken Onion Pastel Pie” based on Col Sander’s onion pie.
