The Kate Middleton photo scandal is getting worse. Topless photos of the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing on a private vacation with Prince William are being published in gossip magazines.

Following the publication of Kate Middleton‘s topless photos on French magazine “Closer,” the Italian magazine “Chi” told CNN that they will also do the same thing.

The Italian publication is undaunted by the legal action that the French magazine is facing as they announce the release of their “extraordinary” special edition in Italy this Monday.

According to reports, William and Kate are “furious” following the release of the images and that plans of suing both magazines are certain.
