Noel Cabangon – ‘Tuwing Umuulan’ Music Video
“Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka” is originally sung by Basil Valdez and now being revived by Noel Cabangon as the lead single to his “Tuloy ang Byahe” album.
The classic love song tells about a man’s overflowing love to his partner. The chorus, however, talks about a wish that no one will dare wishing anytime soon specially after the floods brought about by the non-stop raining earlier this week.
