Enchanted Garden, First Eco-Fantasya Series Premieres on July 30

TV5 enters to a new world with first eco-fantasya series on Philippine television, "Enchanted Garden," which is slated to premiere on July 30.

Be enthralled with Enchanted Garden’s unique, mystical drama that gives viewers a front-row seat to an exciting battle between good and evil set against a mystical parallel realm. Explore how eternal love consumes and redeems characters caught in the crossfire.

Aside from the entertainment that it brings, “Enchanted Garden” will also increase the Filipino televiewers’ level of ecological awareness to further the collective commitment to preserving the environment.

The eco-fantasy series boasts of award-winning directors Joel Lamangan, Eric Quizon and Joyce Bernal at he helm, and the network’s brightest and brilliant actors like Ruffa Gutierrez, Alice Dixson, Rufa Mae Quinto, BB Gandanghari, Zoren Legaspi and Alex Gonzaga. Joining them are TV5’s prime leading men Daniel Matsunaga, Edgar Allan Guzman and Martin Escudero. Completing the cast are Meg Imperial, Marita Zobel, Gladys Reyes, Luz Valdez, Jim Pebangco and Tony Mabesa.

“Enchanted Garden” is set against the entrancing garden world of Eden, parallel to the land of the mortals where Queen Jasmina (Marita Zobel) and her daughters Alvera (Alice Dixson), Valeriana (Ruffa Gutierrez) and Quassia (Rufa Mae Quinto) lives.

Alvera, Valerianna and Quassia are diwanis–the appointed guardians of all plants and trees. Jealousy separates the sisters as Valerianna discovers Menandro’s (Zoren Legaspi) love for her sister Alvera.

Menandro and Alvera’s love brings forth a child, Aya (Alex Gonzaga), who grows up in the mortal world. What will happen when the good and evil forces of Eden clash on earth? Is Aya a blessing or a curse to the world of Eden?
