The Miss Philippines Earth 2012 coronation night was held on May 27, 2012 at Center Stage of SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Stephany Stefanowitz of Quezon City bested 46 other contestants for the title of Miss Philippines Earth 2012.

Miss Philippines Earth 2012 and her court: Miss Air Glennifer Perido of Tabuk City, Miss Water Samantha Purvor of San Juan City, Miss Fire Thoreen Halvorsen of Puerto Princesa, and Miss Eco-Tourism Candice Ramos of Vigan.
