Sarah Geronimo conquered worldwide Twitter on Sunday, February 18, as the term "Sarah G. Day" became no. 1 trending topic not just in the Philippines but also in UAE and worldwide!

Sarah G. Day stayed at no. 1 in the world trending box for quite a long time that American Idol alumnus, Stefano Langone, asked the question:

“What is Sarah G. Day? Remained no. 1 trending on twitter. don’t have any idea about it??”

If you’re like Stefano, still wondering what is Sarah G. Day, well it’s a term dubbed by fans and netizens alike on Sunday, February 19, because Sarah Geronimo ruled the television screen from ASAP 2012 at noontime, The Buzz in the afternoon and Gandang Gabi Vice at night.

Sarah, however, bid farewell to ASAP after being part of the show for 7 years. This is because the Popstar Princess will join the ranks of Superstar Nora Aunor, Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos, Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Diamond Star Maricel Soriano – all of which had a weekly musical variety show of their own!

Perhaps ABS-CBN should do this again, dedicating one Sunday or any other day to one Kapamilya star. For example a “Vice Ganda Day” wherein Vice Ganda will grace different shows even the news, let him be a guest anchor in Bandila, etc.
