Another pinay is about to make waves on American Idol.

Her name is Jessica Sanchez and according to reports, she’s one of American Idol Season 11 Top 24 contestants.

Last year, Thia Megia became the bet of Filipino-Americans on American Idol. This year, it will be Jessica Sanchez.

Just like Thia, Jessica also competed on America’s Got Talent in 2006 when she was only 11 years old. Her rendition of Celine Dion‘s “I Surrender” was praised by the judges.
