Fresh from the success of her US Concert Tour with Piolo Pascual and Yeng Constantino, actress KC Concepcion is preparing for her much-awaited performance at the opening ceremonies of the 26th Southeast Asian Games in Palembang, Indonesia.

She will sing “Together We Will Shine” with Indonesian actress-singer Agnes Mojica and Malaysian belter Jacklyn Victor. On her Twitter account, KC shared that after taking four planes, she finally arrived in Indonesia and currently rehearsing.
