On Monday (November 7), GMA-7 airs the 2011 Miss World Pageant, which takes place at the Earls Court Exhibition Center, London, England.

Filipinos all over the world are excited to watch the country’s representative, Gwendoline Ruais, who was crowned as the first ever Miss World Philippines last September.

Gwen has been receiving praises and attracting attention for her outstanding performance in the international pageant. She has been short listed for the Fast Track or pre-pageant events –swimsuit, modeling and presentation of charities and causes.

If she manages to win any of the Fast Track events, Gwen will automatically qualify for the final round of the competition.
