TV5’s prime youth-oriented series Bagets Nation top-billed the recent 3rd Digital Filipino and Search Profile Index Social Networking Awards under the Forums category.

TV5 has exemplified the most innovative and interactive way of promoting Bagets Nation by providing a unique forum site that is very much integrated with Facebook. This is where Bagets Nation characters intermingle with the fans by asking questions while the latter can answer using their respective Facebook accounts. Moreover, these questions are updated weekly and are dependent on previously aired episodes, making them more relevant and fun for the fans. Other features include timeline of the first season, quotes and other cool Bagets Nation stuff the fans can share and enjoy.

“There were over 150,000 interactions across the Bagets Nation site and the different Facebook pages of Bagets. In fact, one of our questions on the Bagets Nation site even got 3,500 comments,” shared TV5 New Media head Carlo Ople.
