‘Patrol ng Pilipino’ Visits Pinoys in Japan

ABS-CBN’S “Patrol ng Pilipino” airs its episode tomorrow (October 18) on the lives and conditions of Filipinos working in Japan following the devastating earthquake, huge tsunami, and radiation scare in March this year.

The documentary, which was supposed to air last month but gave way to the network’s special news coverage of typhoon Pedring, looks at the Land of the Rising Sun recovering from the deadly calamities.

ABS-CBN reporter Jeff Canoy visits and talks to Filipinos in Japan to hear their stories about living in the foreign country – before, during and after the earthquake, the tsunami and radiation threat. What made them stay and work in Japan despite all they have been through?

Through its citizens’ eyes and our fellow Filipinos, see how Japan brought back its resilience and brilliance. Catch stories of strength and bravery in “Patrol ng Pilipino,” tomorrow (October 18) after “Bandila” on ABS-CBN, or watch it earlier on DZMM TeleRadyo (SkyCable Ch. 26), 9:15 pm.
