Bagyong Ramon was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 270 km West of Metro Manila (14.3°N 118.3°E) with maximum winds of 55 Kph near the center, this is according to the October 13, 5:00 p.m. bulletin of PAGASA.

Bagyong Ramon is forecast to move Northwest at 19 Kph.

Luzon and Western Visayas will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
