Jershey Shore Goes to Italy – Season 4 Preview

“Jersey Shore” premiered its fourth season last Thursday, bringing the eight rowdy cast-members to Florence, Italy.

The hit reality series on MTV aired its season premiere last August 4 where the gang was shown fist-pumping abroad. It also included the much talked-about incident where Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi crashed into two police officers. The episode also featured a fight between Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro which landed one of them in an ambulance and the girls being attacked by pigeons.

In this new season, the cast work in an Italian pizzeria despite the language barrier. They also try to maintain their schedule of gym, tanning and laundry.

The mayor of Florence issued several rules for the 8 cast-members including that they could not film in historic or cultural landmarks and that the cast could not be filmed drinking in public or in bars that served alcohol.

“Jersey Shore” was one of the top-rated cable shows of 2010. The series depicts a group of party-loving, self-proclaimed “Guidos and Guidettes” and has become a pop culture phenomenon.
