Typhoon Lando Weakens According to PAGASA

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), on its latest weather update, said tropical depression “LANDO” has weakened into a Low Pressure Area over the West Philippine Sea.

As stated:

“The western sections of Luzon and Visayas will experience monsoon rains which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon and Visayas will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Mindanao will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Tonight, it is expected to be 280 km west northwest of Dagupan City. By Tuesday evening it is expected to be 300 km west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur. By Wednesday evening it is forecast to be 240 km west of Laoag City.
