The trailer for "The Amazing Spider-Man" has leaked on the internet prior to its debut at the Comic Con in San Diego.

But Sony was quick to notify the blogs and sites that published the teaser trailer ahead of its scheduled release. That’s why when you search for “The Amazing Spider-Man Teaser Trailer” on Google, you will see that the video has been removed immediately upon request by Sony.

The Spider-Man reboot stars Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone (Easy A, Crazy Stupid Love) as Gwen Stacy and Rhys Ifans (Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1) as Dr. Curt Connors. The reboot’s intention is to have Peter Parker back to developing his abilities in high school.

The Amazing Spider-Man is just one of the monster movies scheduled for Summer 2012 release alongside “The Avengers” and “Dark Knight Rises.” Anticipation for the three films are getting high specially that their corresponding teaser trailers are set to premiere in this year’s Comic Con in San Diego.
