Rumor has it that football superstar Phil Younghusband has a gambling problem. This was allegedly revealed by Philly’s ex-girlfriend Denise Oca (on the photo), a PR and events manager and daughter of actress Melissa Mendez.

Meanwhile, Radio announcer Sisa Usisa uploaded a photo of Phil and his alleged ex-girlfriend on her Facebook page with the following description:

Denise Oca ang pangalan nitong girl na isiniwalat ang tunay na pakay ni Phil kay Angel Locsin…

Very intriguing right?

Phil Younghusband, on the other hand, already denied the rumors that Denise Oca became his girlfriend. He also debunked the news that he and Denise were still on when he proposed to date Angel Locsin on Valentines Day.

“Denise’s a friend and nothing more,” was Younghusband’s outright denial on “Showbiz News Ngayon,” last March. At least he did not deny the fact that she knows her.

It can also be remembered that Oca affirmed Younghusband’s declaration that they’re just friends. “The allegations on me and my said relationship with Phil are untrue. The photo that surfaced through the net was at a New Year’s celebration with a bunch of friends. Phil and I are only friends and have been so even before he became famous in his football career. I wish him the best and continue to support him in his endeavors,” the statement read as aired on Showbiz News Ngayon.

Although Oca released a positive statement about Phil, she is allegedly saying the opposite to her close friends, including the rumor that the football player has thousands of debts because of gambling problem.
