American Idol Season 10 Winner is Scotty McCreery!
Today, May 25, 2011, Scotty McCreery from Garner, North Carolina was crowned the winner of the tenth season of American Idol, making him the youngest male winner at age 17 and the second youngest winner ever behind season 6 winner Jordin Sparks, who was 17 when she won in 2007.
McCreery’s runner-up is 16-years-old Lauren Alaina from Rossville, Georgia , who could have been the youngest winner ever in case America’s votes favored her.
It’s interesting to note that last night, Randy Jackson, Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez were bent towards Alaina as the one most likely to win American Idol but as we have witnessed this season, America votes for the opposite of what the judges say.
Our poll has the same results, too, by the way: 60% voted for Scotty while 40% voted for Lauren. It’s the year of country music, indeed, for American Idol!

i knew it from the first place bcoz scotty deserves it and i love country music….
aist….AI,,,is nothing….bakit si scotty ang nanalo..?….actually third sa bet ko si lauren but i expect so much that this time maybe female will get the title of american idol..may favoritism kasi ang judge eh..luto ang laban..mula’t sapul si scotty na lge nilang pinupuri…..aist…

at first i have the feeling that Lauren gonna win it..bcoz she has greater first single than Scotty….but i also think scotty deserve it.. scotty and lauren is a great pair……..

hindi na ganon kaexcite yan american idol… di katulad ng dati.. actually wala dyan sa dalawa ang deserving manalo.. how come… mataas ng lang ang nakuhang boto ni sc****** kaya yan nanalo.. kaya nga umayaw dyan c simon eh.. haha
Naglaro sa isip ko after watching AI performance night na baka si Scotty ang manalo kasi parang halos lahat ng pinupuri ng mga judges, yun ang natsutsugi.
