Model/actress Sam Pinto is now the new leader overtaking Marian Rivera and Angel Locsin on FHM's 100 Sexiest Women in the World 2011 poll.

Based from the latest update in this year’s “Sexiest Women” poll, FHM’s official website revealed that Kapuso star Sam Pinto is now at no. 1 position besting previous titleholders, Angel Locsin who climbed to no. 2 and Marian Rivera who dropped to no. 3.

This is the fifth update released by FHM to give fans an idea on who are currently leading although they don’t reveal the number of votes received by the vying celebrities.

As of May 19, Kapuso stars are dominating the poll with 7 celebrities in the Top 10 including the current leader, Sam Pinto, in contrast to Kapamilya stars who occupied only three slots. Is it safe to assume that Kapuso fans have a stronger voting power than Kapamilya fans since part of the process is sending an SMS worth P2.50 for one vote?
