Miss World Philippines Offers the Biggest Pageant Prize in History
Cory Quirino, the new franchise owner of the Miss World pageant in the Philippines, has came up with the biggest prize in the country’s beauty contest history offering 1 million pesos in cash, an SMDC condominium unit, and a GMA-7 management contract for the emerging winner.
They are currently looking for the Filipina who can best represent the Philippines at the 61st Miss World beauty pageant to take place in London, UK, on November 8th. For ladies interested to join, you can download the application form HERE or you can get in touch with:

Simply come in your most comfortable attire. Bring a long gown with you and be ready for an impromptu interview and showcase whatever talent you may wish to share.
The screening process will take place until the end of July, with a pre-pageant press conference happening on August 17th. The finals of Miss World Philippines 2011 will be held at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on September 18, 2011.
The Philippines is bidding to host Miss World 2013, and if this pushes through, it will be the first for the country to host such event.
