Jason Ivler’s mom, Marlene Aguilar Fined for Contempt

Marlene Aguilar-Pollard, the mother of murder suspect Jason Ivler, has been fined P20,000 after challenging Judge Bayani Vargas into a fist fight during the hearing of her son’s case. This was after Vargas rejected to have Ivler excused from attending the hearing last March 23.

Ivler is the suspect in the murder of Renato Ebarle Jr. who was shot dead on Nov. 18, 2009.

    My heart aches for her dahil ina din ako.
    Tama lang na mahalin ng ina ang anak but not to the extent of spoiling them.
