ABS-CBN Special Report Preems Tomorrow: Anthony Taberna Looks Into Corruption in the AFP

"ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs Special Report" premieres tomorrow (Apr 9) with broadcast journalist Anthony Taberna dissecting the various controversies that hit the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The said government agency is believed by half of the Filipino public as the most corrupt based on a national survey by Pulse Asia.

Join Taberna as he looks through the issues that have tainted the reputation of the military as well as the sentiments of our soldiers in “Ang Bagong Giyera,” at 4pm on ABS-CBN.

For the initial offering of ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs’ weekly documentaries, Taberna will analyze the heated subject of corruption in the AFP for the public by going over all the angles in the on-going Senate investigation.

He will also expose the condition of the soldiers and the army as a whole, in terms of equipment, facilities, and benefits. After all their sacrifices for the country, are they getting the proper support and recognition they deserve?

Find out the different “wars” Filipino solders are facing in the present. Is it right to judge them for the wrongdoings blamed on their leaders?

    Sir anthony aq po ay anak ni elpedio ugarte isa po sa mga sundalong nainterview nyo nuong april 8 2011.. ang bagong giyera epecial report.. sir 2014 po ay pumanaw na ang aking ama.. kahapon po ang kanyang death anniversary at sa june 15 naman po sir ang kanyang birthday… sir maaari po ba kaming mdrequest na makakuha po ng file nubg interview mo sa kanaya kahit nubg kumakanta lang po xa on tv sir… wala p9 kasi kaming kahit anong magandang picture or video nya po sir.. gustong gusto po sana namin na makita xa muli kahit sa pamamagitan nlang po nung pagkanta nya gamit ang gitara nuong iniintervieq nyo po xa… pls sir give feedback on this comment it would be a bigbig help po.. para po sa tatay q… at surpresa na din po para sa nanay q.. wala pong nakakaalam ma ngmemessage aq dito ngaun.. sa mga makakabasa pls help po na makarating sa kanila… god po sa lahat salamat po
