Willie Revillame is Now Officially a Kapatid, ‘Willing Willie’ Set to Air on TV5 this October
Despite some legal issues regarding his existing contract with ABS-CBN, Willie Revillame has signed up with TV5 last September 7, 2010. Present in the contract signing were TV5 executives and his new business partner Vic del Rosario of Viva.
Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan said his network had simply answered the public clamor and petitions to bring back Willie on television with a new show they are calling “Willing Willie.”
Here is the official statement of TV5:
“Fans, supporters and viewers of popular host Willie Revillame will surely have reason to rejoice because their idol will definitely return on TV as a certified talent of the newest and most aggressive broadcast network in the country, TV5. Now an official TV5 Kapatid, Willie will soon be hosting a new variety and game show entitled Willing Willie on primetime which will surely endear him more to his legions of followers all across the country and around the world. The program is managed by Wil Productions Inc. and is co-produced with TV5.”
In line with the current developments, ABS-CBN filed a P486 million counterclaim damage suit against Willie Revillame yesterday for breaching his contract with the Kapamilya network.

Willie is just a human being na nagkamali and he stand corrected naman eh kaya lang things at the end did not fall on the right places with ABS CBN.

i feel so sorry for TV5. bumili sila ng laking sakit ng ulo. siguro sa umpisa magre rate sila pero in the end mari-repeat ang nangyari sa abs-cbn kapag hindi nagbago ang ugali ni mr. wowowee lalong lalo na mas malaki ang suweldo at control sa shows nya.

Manny pangilinan is a businessman who will do anything for profits like disregarding ethics like signing up willie, who has an existing contract with ABS-CBN.
I’m sorry I missed something.
ABS is quite a large organization but they have acted irresponsibly in this case.
I have said it before as a lawyer, if the court and the judge in this case remain unpolluted then ABS will never win. Not a chance. But who knows anything can go wrong under table or through other means.
The meeting that they have about Willie coming back although just verbal because ABS had denied it openly, but verbal is a contract in the court of law. You just have to justify it.
Lastly, the Filipino people will eventually prevail because if they like his new show and ABS just keep on harrasing him then it will eventually backfire.
ABS think big but responsibly!!!!!
I think it’s time for ABS to just be responsible. You did something to Willie that gives him the utmost right to sign with TV5.
The only way for him to comeback to ABS is to give him his old show because that was the only ingredient in his contract that would be acceptable in the court of law
ABS decided to cancel the show and that would mean really cancelling Willie’s contract. The problem with ABS lies in its Management. their decision was not very clear at all.
It is as simple as ABS marrying somebody and at the same time wants to stay married with Willie.
They decided to get Kris/and the muslim guy-Padilla to host a new show that replaces the ever most popular show wwweee so in essense they breach the contract. In fact they promised him to come back July 31st and then denied the meeting ever exist when in fact there was a meeting. This was the worst mistake they have made.
ABS the best way out for the station to remain respected by the Filipino people is to settle this case amicably. Come on, it is very clear to evn the most common person that you instiagate the breaching of the contract with Willie.
What he had challenge ABS to fire one of the BAKLA was his own demand and opinion. You don’t like it , fire him.
The problem is that Willie is a money maker machine. Lots of people like him because he is indeed a very good host. He sings, he dances and he can talk and really a very good entainer. Hey all of us have problem so is Willie. Arogant, oh yeah, look at the BAKLA in ABS how arogant they are. They are not even real people. They are not even accepted by GOD. BAKLA is a sin,,,,again a sin….
So it is the Filipino who are winner in all of this. Now they have a lot better selection of shows to watch.

Parehong may laya silang gawin kung ano ang nararapat (abs-tv5) so let the show go on. Tangkilikin or not it depends on the ratings of the show.
