TV Patrol World's coverage of the hostage drama last Monday received a whopping 41.8% rating to be the most-watched program nationwide on that day.

Its rival news program, Saksi, came in second with 31.5 percent. Primetime fantasy series Noah, Momay and Agua Bendita placed 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively.

Showtime (16.2%), on the other hand, showed strength and has overtaken Eat Bulaga! (15.8%).
