Heartthrob of the Decade, Justin Bieber, made a special video to his Filipino fans saying "Mahal Ko Kayong Lahat!"

He said, “What’s up guys I just want to say to all my fans in Philippines thank you for all the support and Mahal kow kay-yong lahat!”
