Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole is an upcoming computer-animated film based on the series of children's fantasy books Guardians of Ga'Hoole by Kathryn Lasky.

The film is based on the first three installments of the book series: The Capture, The Journey, and The Rescue

Zack Snyder is directing the film, and Jim Sturgess, Geoffrey Rush, Rachael Taylor, David Wenham, and Emilie de Ravin voice the characters. Production took place in Australia at Animal Logic, and the film is scheduled to be released on September 24, 2010.
