ABS-CBN Wins Silver & Bronze Medals at the 53rd New York Festivals
The Correspondents won a Silver World Medal for the News Promotion category. The TV plug for its episode entitled “Pagpag (Leftovers)” got the only silver and highest award for the Philippines this year.
The second medal won by the kapamilya network was from the Music Video: Low Budget category. The Bronze award was given to “Boto Mo, iPatrol Mo” music video. The said project was part of ABS-CBN’s campaign to promote election vigilance and it featured various OPM artists such as Aia de Leon of Imago, Ebe Dancel of Sugarfree, and Raymund Marasigan of Sandwich.

The 53rd New York Festivals International Television & Film Awards was held last Monday, May 3 (U.S. time) at the Penthouse Lobby of the American Airlines Theatre in Manhattan.

gma really rules, if these critics – abscbn fans are really using their coconut heads, they will be able to know who truly be called the most balance and not the biased station-its gma7- one proof that gma7 is the most trusted is that those field reporters could easily distinguished who are liars are., abs can give more salary than gma7 so the question is why then these respected reported do the big switch? fans can be fooled – specially with kapamilya mentality -but those who deal directly with the foolish cannot, get nio mga kapamilya???
