Tim Urban received the lowest number of votes as announced during the American Idol season 9 Top 7 results show.

Because its “Idol Gives Back” episode, Ryan Seacrest‘s co-host for the night is Queen Latifah, who was stationed over at the concert in Pasadena. The Black Eyed Peas, Carrie Underwood, Jeff Beck, Annie Lennox, and Sir Elton John performed there. At the Kodak Theater, the top twelve joined together to perform, as well as Alicia Keys (this week’s mentor) and Mary J. Blige.

The bottom three were Casey James, Aaron Kelly and Tim Urban. Tim got the boot.
