Who will be the 10th Miss Philippines Earth?

The 2010 candidates of Miss Philippines Earth represent different municipalities from all over the Philippines, including the following Filipino communities abroad: France, U.S. East Coast and U.S. West Coast. While last year’s candidates promoted the “green lifestyle,” this year’s candidates will promote “water conservation and preservation” in response to the problem of El Niño.

49 beauties will vie for the Miss Philippines Earth 2010 title at the Grand Coronation Night on April 24, 2010, Saturday, 7:00 pm at the The Acquatica, Manila Ocean Park. It will be aired on ABS-CBN’s Sunday’s Best this April 25, 2010 and on The Filipino Channel on April 25 at 10:30 p.m.

Miss Philippines Earth 2009 Sandra Inez Seifert is also the reigning Miss Earth Air (1st Runner Up). She was also voted by beauty experts around the world at Global Beauties as the Sexiest Woman in Asia for 2009 and one of the Top 10 beauty pageant contestants of 2009.
