Pure 'N Fresh is conducting a "teens' choice" poll for the very first Top Teen Awards 2009.

The winners will be decided by popular votes from teenagers across the country. You can participate by casting your votes in Pure ‘N Fresh booths located at selected malls. You can also vote online by visiting www.topteenawards.com.ph.

There are 10 categories with four nominees for each. Please take note that if your choice is not among the four given nominees, you can enter it in the fifth choice which is a blank button.

The winners will be announced on May 27, 2009, 5:00 p.m., at the A. Venue Events Hall in Makati City.
