2008 is definitely the year Ryan Agoncillo managed to depart from the shadow of superstar girlfriend Judy Ann Santos. He revealed in Men’s Health how he gained a sense of purpose after proposing to her girlfriend, and the rest is history.

Late last year, Ryan had his very first starring role in a tv series via ABS-CBN’s daytime soap, Pieta. He was also tapped to be the host of Pinoy Fear Factor, also on ABS-CBN, and Talentadong Pinoy on TV5. He will soon star in the tv adaptation of their hit movie “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo.” Is the real wedding not far behind?
