Myx Veejay and Dyosa actor Luis Manzano finally accepted the role as John Lloyd Cruz' lover in the upcoming Star Cinema movie starring his mom, Governor Vilma Santos.

“Tuloy na tuloy na!” Luis said happily.

“It has a gay theme to it, but beside the gay theme, nandoon na ang mother and son, which is kami ng mommy ko. But there is a very, very different love story, two different stories on top of it,” he added.

The said movie will serve as the directorial comeback of Olivia Lamasan (Madrasta, Got 2 Believe.)

Luis and John Lloyd will begin shooting in February 2009 where most of the locations will be shot in New York. They have a love scene in the movie which is both first time for both actors.
