Miss Philippines Wins Photogenic Award in Miss Earth 2008

And yet another Miss Photogenic Award for the Philippines! Check out the winners in other categories as the National Costume Competition of Miss Earth 2008 was held Tuesday night at the PAGCOR Grand Theatre in Parañaque City.
